On February 7, the seventh day of the first lunar month, when it was still in the festive period of the Chinese New Year, Hu Yongjun, Secretary of District Committee of the CPC, and Yang Wanping, Deputy Secretary of District Committee of the CPC and Chief Executive of the District Government, led the visits to enterprises within the jurisdiction in order to check work resumption after the Spring Festival holiday, and send sincere greetings and best wishes to the staff working in the front line.
In the morning, Hu Yongjun, accompanied by Wu Jiahua, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Shibei High-tech Zone, arrived at Shibei High-tech Zone. At Jiangsu Auto Electronic Control System Technology Co., Ltd. (AECS), Hu Yongjun was given a detailed introduction about the enterprise's history, operation, and prospects in the industry. He encouraged the enterprise to actively expand the market and seek greater development. Based on the technological achievements from Tsinghua University, AECS was set up in Beijing in 2013 and relocated to Nantong in 2018. The company mainly engages in electronic control products for both new energy vehicles and traditional power vehicles. In 2021, it was selected as a potential unicorn enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
